A quick post :). Made this card on a color combo I loved and for a sketch challenge at From the heart stamps.

There is not much to say about this card as it is pretty much self explanatory :).

Birthday girl

Hi I am back after a long time. Its not that I have not been creating, the thing is that I was posting on my Facebook page and not on my blog.

So here I am because I wanted to be a part of one of my favourite stamp company :). I have done a retake on this is image from faith :).

The image is colored with water color pencils. the flowers and spirals are all hand drawn and cut and then given shape by hand. The stitching is also hand done :) 

 The sentiment is an internet download and i really liked it for this card because it goes perfect with the card.

Other than this image i have played along with a lot of images from Faith because i really love coloring them up and creating with them. Adding a few of my previous entries below.

 



 

 








 


Ok ok i know i said a few entries but i added so many more :). And one more thing that the blogger is acting a little funny the pictures are not coming in the order i have posted them.

Today I am back with a card for a friend. He was a commercial pilot before he had cancer. Due to chemotherapy he cannot fly any more. This really made him sad because flying is his passion. He still loves things related to flying and requested me to make something for him related to airplanes. So this is what I came up with. Hope he likes it.

The image is an internet download. Its colored with faber castle water color pencils. All the layers are raised and so is the image to give a 3d effect.

The sentiment is a freebie. The background is created by splattering blue, green and yellow poster paint.

Mom you are the best

Hi, i am  back after a very long time. a lot has been going on in my life. I have been creating but unable to post here, though have been posting my creations on my facebook page

And now my project for mothers day. i have designed it according to the color challenge at play date cafe. i totally love it, hope that my mom loves it too. It is a hard job to hide it from her :).

The flower, leaves and spirals are totally hand drawn n cut :) and because of it i still have pain in my hand which has not completely healed from the cuts i got after slipping with a glass jug :(.

The flowers and leaves are outlined with a white color pencil and the doily is colored pink. Hope u like this as much as i did.
